- ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

- ½ cup milk (almond / skim / coconut)

- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh strawberries & blueberries (for topping)
PROCESS
- Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, vanilla essence, and honey go into a mixing bowl. Stir well until it is properly incorporated and evenly mixed with the chia seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight. During this time, chia seeds absorb the liquid and create a thick, pudding-like texture.
- Once set, stir the pudding again for smoothness.
- Take a glass or jar and start layering: first, add a layer of chia pudding, then add one of granola for crunch. Add another layer of pudding on top and finish with fresh berries.
